  • #reports - Report player violations, bugs, or server issues
  • #appeals - Appeal bans or moderation decisions

  • Harassment or toxicity

How to Report

  1. Go to #reports channel on Discord
  2. Describe what happened
  3. Include your username
  4. Add any evidence (screenshots, video)
  5. Staff will investigate

Report Tips

✅ Include:
  • Your username
  • What happened
  • When it happened (approximate time/date)
  • Who was involved (if applicable)
  • Evidence if available
❌ Avoid:
  • Spam or repeated reports
  • Accusations without proof
  • Off-topic complaints
  • Hostile language

Got banned or moderated? You can appeal!

How to Appeal

  1. Go to #appeals channel on Discord
  2. State your username
  3. Explain why you believe the decision was unfair
  4. Be respectful and honest
  5. Staff will review within 7 days

Username: YourName
Banned for: Rule violation claim
My side: I was trying to help a friend, not intentionally breaking rules
Why I appeal: I didn't realize this was against the rules
How I'll improve: I'll read the rules and ask before doing uncertain things

  • 1-3 days: Quick review
  • 7 days: Full investigation if complex
  • You’ll get: A decision and explanation

Q: How long before someone investigates? A: Usually within 24-48 hours, depending on severity. Q: Are reports private? A: Yes, report details are confidential. Q: Can I appeal multiple times? A: Yes, but only if you have new evidence or information. Q: What if I disagree with the appeal decision? A: Appeal decisions are final, but you can request staff review in Discord.
