โ“ Frequently Asked Questions

You have 30 days from the ban date to submit an appeal. After that, the ban becomes permanent. For warnings and mutes, you have 7 days to appeal.
Yes, but only if you provide new evidence or information that wasnโ€™t available during the initial appeal. Staff will review if thereโ€™s substantial new information.
Strong appeals include: context you werenโ€™t able to provide initially, proof that the violation was accidental, demonstration of understanding of the rules, and commitment to better behavior. Screenshots and chat logs help support your case.
Youโ€™ll see a โœ… reaction on your report message when staff acknowledges it. For appeals, youโ€™ll receive a confirmation message. If you donโ€™t see acknowledgment within 24 hours, feel free to follow up politely.
While we encourage reporting genuine violations, submitting intentionally false reports can result in warnings or bans. Reports made in good faith but ultimately unfounded typically donโ€™t result in punishment.
Staff review server logs, chat history, witness statements, and any evidence provided. Both the reporter and accused party may be contacted for additional information. Investigations are confidential.
Report issues when you see them, follow the rules yourself, help new players understand the community guidelines, and participate positively in the community. Prevention is everyoneโ€™s responsibility.
If you believe there was an error in the appeal process, you can request a senior staff review by contacting an Administrator. However, most appeal decisions are final to maintain consistency.
